Deploy a shallow depth of field to isolate a designer smartphone from busy backgrounds, drawing the viewer's eye straight to its sleek product details.
The Premium Separator
A shallow depth of field is the classic shortcut to a professional, high-end commercial aesthetic. By physically blurring the foreground and background, you force the viewer’s attention onto your main product while instantly hiding any distracting clutter in the surrounding workspace.
- Best practices: Use this for physical products, tech gear, or close-up detail shots in lifestyle scenes.
- Insider pitfall: Don't blur so heavily that the product's key brand elements or textures become unreadable; maintain just enough context in the background to tell a story.
