• Scraping or compiling our prompts / media to replicate or compete with AtomWords.

• Using our content to train or fine-tune an AI model.

• Reselling our prompts as a product, or selling our sample media unaltered as stock.

🤝 Community works

Atom words can carry community works — an image plus its full prompt, contributed by a user.

• The prompt text of a community work is covered by this same license: copy it into any engine, free, for commercial or personal work.

• The images in community works are not covered. They are shown for reference only, and their creators keep all rights. To reuse one, ask its creator.

🔓 Unlocked collections

A collection, once unlocked, gives you its watermark-free reference images and full prompts under this same license: copy the prompts into any engine and use the images as reference (img2img), for commercial or personal work.

• Watermarked previews are for browsing only. The watermarked images shown on a locked collection are display; they carry no reference-image license. The unlock is what licenses the files.

• The files are for your own generations. Don't redistribute or resell the watermark-free images themselves, as-is — as stock, in a bundle, or on a marketplace.

• If the purchase is refunded or charged back, the collection locks again and this license to its watermark-free files ends. What you already generated with its prompts stays yours.

• Gift unlocks carry exactly the same terms as paid ones.

Your creations are yours. Anything you generate in an AI engine using our prompts belongs to you, subject to that engine's terms. We claim no ownership.

Longform. AtomWords grants you a nonexclusive, worldwide license to copy, modify, and use our atomic words, full prompts, and sample media for free, including for commercial purposes, without attribution. This license does not include the right to scrape or compile our content to replicate or compete with AtomWords, to use our content to train an AI model, to resell our prompts as a product, or to sell our sample media unaltered as stock. This license covers content published by AtomWords itself; images uploaded by community members are shown for reference, remain their creators' property, and are not licensed for reuse — while community-submitted prompt text is licensed on the same terms as our own prompts.
